Farington Moss St. Paul's is an attractive Victorian school building which has undergone many changes to improve facilities both internally and externally in recent years. The Key Stage 2 playground has had a full sized sports surface built extending from the existing yard, with new markings. In 2016 an Outdoor classroom and Trim trail was installed.
Both playgrounds now have benches, planters and picnic benches for the children to enjoy. Between the years 2013-15 the school completed extensive renovation work and the EYFS department has new toilet and changing facilities which has enhanced the provision for our children. The most recent development included a classroom extension and bi-fold doors linking Y.1 to the EYFS outdoor area.

It has been lovely to meet your children and they have settled into their school routine well. The team in year 1 look forward to the partnership they will have with parents and carers educating your children throughout this coming academic year. The children will bring their reading books home daily.
Hello and welcome to Year 3. The children are now in the Juniors which is extra exciting for them! We have exciting topics to cover and you will find information about this uploaded in a curriculum newsletter at the beginning of each half term. Books will be changed on a Monday and Friday. When your child completes their book please remind them to put it into the 'Reading Books to be Changed' tray first thing in the morning.
Welcome to year 4. We really hope that your child enjoys being in this year. As this is the second year of key stage 2 the level of work will steadily increase. Each half term we will upload a curriculum letter which outlines each subject in more deatail and a cirriculum jigsaw. We hope you find these informative to help support your child with their learning.
Apart from myself, Mrs Almond will teach the class on a Friday afternoon when I will be having my planning and preparation non-contact time. The children will be supported during the week by Miss Azhir, Mrs McLaughlin, Mrs Bowie and Miss Muldowney. I expect the children to have their school reading book in school every day for independent reading.
