All of our hotel rooms have been fully refurbished, offering our guests luxury accommodation in this perfect North Devon setting. In The Manor House, the 12 rooms have been individually designed, with colour schemes, furniture and fittings designed to match the atmosphere of each room. These rooms offer a luxurious stay with many individual stylish touches.
There is one Manor House Single Room, The Nest, a large single room, with views across to the front of the hotel. It is decorated in soft blue tones, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The ensuite bathroom for The Nest has a showe. The Snug is a double room, perhaps a little smaller than our other Manor House rooms, located on the 1st floor.
Room rates at Highbullen Hotel vary depending on the season and on the levels of demand, but rates start from 99 in the winter months for a standard room and go to 425 for The Loft Suite in the peak summer season. All rates are per room, for up to two guests sharing a twin or double room, and include Full Devon Breakfast and use of the leisure facilities.
Dinner Bed and Breakfast Rate Includes your accommodation and full English breakfast each morning, plus a 3 course meal in Devon View Restaurant. Bookings on this rate can be. Spoil the one you love with this extra-special night away in one of our beautiful four-star hotel bedrooms. On arrival, receive a bottle of Prosecco and homemade chocolates in you.
At Highbullen Hotel we can offer a range of dining options, from fine dining to a classic Devon Cream Tea. The Devon View Restaurant, our fine dining restaurant, has stunning views across the rolling Devon hills to Exmoor. The team of Chefs has created menus using ingredients sourced from the extensive variety of local produce to create a wonderful dining experience.

Nice pleasant staff on arrival, buildings were spotless clean we had the Dartmoor room also very clean bit dated I think it was one of the older rooms toilet was hard to use bad layout but it is an old building.
First night we dined in the Cellars very nice food was excellent staff again very friendly menu is very limited but drinks were very competitive.
Second night we dined at the local pub Exeter Innn also very good highly recommended.
Only criticism really was the breakfast did not live up too the full English was very disappointing sausage one of very smalll bacon was not great and not

A big thanks to Jaynie and the Highbullen team for hosting our amazing wedding last Saturday. We’d been planning our wedding for over 18 months and for it to turn out the way it did exceeded all our expectations! Staff very friendly and courteous. We stayed In the loft suite which was clean tidy, stunning and comfortable. We had great weather so used the outdoor pool which was clean, bar not very large with limited spirits and no cocktails. We had dinner and breakfast in the devon view restaurant. Food very nice. We would come back
