Your dog need never go to the kennels again and is invited to sample the luxury and relaxed atmosphere of Sandy Cove. We understand that dogs are very much part of the family; enjoy long peaceful walks and lazy days exploring the Atlantic coast and Exmoor. Our amazing location, many dog friendly beaches & spectacular coastal walks on the doorstep makes Sandy Cove the ideal destination to holiday with your dog.
We have a number of great options for your family holiday and children have free accommodation all year, even in school holidays. You can add an extra cot or bed with our standard & classic rooms being large enough to accommodate this. Our stylish family suites also easily accommodate an extra cot or bed and have interconnecting rooms.
In order to secure a room booking a deposit of 170 per room is required at the time of booking. This is a non-refundable or transferable deposit. All our prices are per person per night and based on 2 people sharing. There are a few single rooms, at certain times of year (excluding spring/summer) double rooms can be let for single occupancy at an additional 25 per night.

We knew as soon as we saw the location of the hotel that we were in the right place! The hotel has made a fantastic effort of creating a special location with the The Venue placed in the perfect spot on the cliff and by adding an alternative room for wet weather. The platform that goes out from the spot you say your vows means that you get amazing photos with the view in the background. It really is well thought out and the whole look is stunning. We met Lucy on the morning of the wedding and straight away she put us at our ease and we felt like she had a good grasp on everything that was

Staff and location were perfect; Our room had an amazing view, the public areas were very comfortable, modern and spacious.
The staff were always very friendly, particularly the restaurant waiters and chefs, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast menu had plenty of choice, the restaurant had dishes to suit all pockets and tastes that could be mixed and matched. There was also a more select, taster menu.
Walks, though hilly, from the hotel were lovely as it was just beside the SW coast path. There is an indoor pool and sauna. Activities to suit all fitness levels.

This is a stunning hotel and we absolutely loved it! Set in a cliff top location with the most amazing views, the staff, the food and the whole ambience of the place was wonderful. There are two restaurants to choose from and we ate in both, food in both was outstanding and it was so lovely to have two completely different styles.

Amazing view and lovely location. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The food and waitresses in the cove restaurant were both amazing. It was a treat to have the small pool to have a dip in.
The only thing that let it down was that I think the room was overpriced for what it is- simple and clean with some amenities.
Also make sure you book breakfast when you book your stay otherwise a lot of the early slots were gone which was difficult for hiking.
