Very good service here. We stayed in a room on the bottom floor. Very poor internet service so they moved us upstairs to a larger room. Entertainment but a bit coach party audience it’s going for. Food and drink pricey but possibly what you expect. Great pool area at back not heated though.

The rooms are spotlessly clean and good food but some staff displayed a less than helpful attitude. The full English breakfast consisted of one rasher of bacon one sausage a few beans and a fried egg. No hash browns or fried bread and no mushrooms. Very disappointing. Outside the hotel is in need of tlc particularly after a removal lorry took a chunk out of the overhead archway at the side of the hotel.

Lovely friendly staff, rooms are a good size with everything you need. The outdoor heated swimming pool was an added bonus. The weather was wonderful, so we felt like we were abroad, without the hassle of travelling. Westward Ho beach is one of the nicest beaches I’ve been to, just a10 minute drive, or 40 minute walk. When we stayed, the hotel was definitely for the more mature guest, mainly pensioners.
