Services
Food is served every day from noon to 9pm. The menu serves pub classics, cracking curries, our famous stone baked pizzas, local fish, and delicious puddings. Brancaster Brewery is a 5 barrel brewery producing small batches of high quality real ale using top quality local ingredients. It takes its name from our village Brancaster Staithe, which is steeped in brewing history. Located in the heart of prime barley growing terroir, records show brewing here dates back to Roman times.
We can accept bookings for more than 10 but we are unable to book larger tables online, please email us info@jollysailorsbrancaster.co.uk or send us a message on social media. We will confirm the reservation with you. If you are unable to book, and want to try your luck, please send only 1 party member into the building to speak to our host who can advise if we have availability for you and check you in.

We stopped for late lunch. We hadn't booked, but were very promptly shown to a table by very helpful staff. The food was really good, and very hot. My husband says he had the best burger he's had in a very long time. The beer was perfect and all drinks were reasonably priced. We visit Brancaster a lot throughout the year and won't hesitate to return, or to recommend.

Nice atmosphere. Slightly smartened up from my last visit (about 20 yrs ago when I was nearly a regular!) but, fortunately, not tarted up! N Norfolk is now very touristy even in winter, but the Jolly Sailors seems to have kept some of its authenticity.

We were trawling through local pub menus looking for most vegetarian options and came on this one by accident. So, so pleased we did. Excellent food accompanied by live music. Sea shanties galore on a Monday night. Best pizza I've ever had and the gammon was so big hubby couldn't finish it. The dog was made very welcome and was greeted with a baked dog treat. The atmosphere was amazing and the staff seemed genuinely happy which reflected in the service. There's plenty of pub owners out there who could take a lesson from you guys.

Omg!!! The best time, despite the weather, the service was incredible!!!! Laurie was so much fun, love that bird!!! A totally relaxing and entertaining experience all round!!! I can not recommend highly enough!!! The food was more than I could have hoped for....... a massive plate full of the most perfect stake chips and seasonal salad.....totally delicious and worth the dosh!!!!

A great experience at The Jolly Sailors Pub. We arrived a little early but were taken straight to our table.
The service and friendliness of the team were excellent.
Ordered drinks and they arrived quickly. Our food (two fish and chips) were very enjoyable. The portions were good especially the generous amount of mushy peas.
I would highly recommend this pub and we will be visiting again when are next in Brancaster.
