Another satisfied customer..lives up to its high rating. All food arrived promptly and was delicious. After a trip to Kew Gardens I came here for an early, quick lunch, preferring proper food to high calorie low nutrient snack food. The whole beautiful meal ...a Negroni, prawn pasta, panna cotta, espresso plus time to leave this review came in at under an hour. Superb. I don't know if this could be repeated later in the day when busy but the speed of delivery certainly impressed me today. A well run restaurant.

A very welcoming, family-run Italian restaurant in Kew. The menu is pretty extensive and there are good precautions re: Covid. I had their black truffle ravioli and tiramisu and they were both great! I would definitely recommend and want to come back. It’s very close to Kew Gardens; so easy to reach if you’re visiting for the day.

Totally authentic Italian experience. From the gorgeously decadent truffle ravioli to the loud & welcoming Italian owner/manager (?) You even get some pre packed breadsticks with your cutlery!
If you come here you legally have to try the black truffle ravioli for starter or main from the specials menu. Super rich & intense earthy truffle tones.
All of my friends enjoyed their meals. Big portions. Well priced. Great staff. Highly recommend. Would return.

This was way better than advertised by the other reviews. I was welcomed as a single table, and the calamari appetizer was likely the best I've ever had. The arriabiata was actually spicy unlike most I find in English speaking regions. I truly enjoyed the service, the food, and the atmosphere. Though they were certainly not overwhelmed with guests, they were quite happy to entertain requests or questions.

Excellent food, wine and service.
Great specials and very flexible menu.
Italian beer on draft.
Personal service and quality authentic Italian food.
Would recommend.
Eaten here many times as a family and usually bump into friends eating here also. Popular local restaurant.

This was absolutely the best start to my stay in Kew! Lovely atmosphere and friendly wait staff make for a wonderful meal - not to mention the delicious food. The place definitely has a family owned feel, but is fancy enough for a nice night out. If the weather is nice I definitely recommend sitting outside. My only regret is that I didn't think to check on the specials

A lovely restaurant with a family-run feel. The owner and team are very friendly and make great recommendations from the menu, which has a great selection of typical and seasonal meals. In the summer book an outdoor table to enjoy the local Kew setting, and always end the night with a limoncello or two!

This place was perfect. We had the garlic cheese bread and the bruschetta for starters.... then the tricolore salad... All of which were amazing... Then we had the Rigatoni Arabbiata con pollo. It was perfect and they even ask how spicy you would like it.... I ordered the ravioli which was delicious but very heavy.... Dessert we had the gelato and the fruit tarte thing.... i cant begin to explain how good it all was... the service was great. Everyone was so friendly. We brought our 8 month old baby which is always a little iffy at nice restaurants, but all the staff were playing with her and stuff

Im not really sure what to say about this place. I suppose it has its good points and also its bad. The good points are its prices. If you pick your 3 courses correctly, you can get a real bargain. You would have to wonder why its so cheap. I can only say that this place is not really for the young crowd. I was even a little nervous speaking loudly. the decore is pretty bog standard. Makes you feel like you are in a cheap french restaurant. I cannot complain about the food though. It came quicklly and tasted good, but i cannot see myself going there again. I guess its a marmite restaurant judging

I had been past Q-Verde many times but never thought to pay it a visit, until I read a few glowing reviews on Qype.
Sadly I was very disappointed.. To start, our table linen and cutlery were dirty (unforgiveable in my books), and the 'Q-Verde Pasta Special' I ordered was very mediocre, and consisted of no more than 4 mouthfuls. Perhaps they were just having a 'bad night', but I really don't get what all the fuss is about..

I feel a bit worried reviewing this place as it really is Kew's best kept secret. They even say so on their website!
They have a blackboard three course menu of £16.95 and the choice is really good and changes each week. The first time I was there I had asparagus with parma ham, half a lobster with spaghetti, and a delicious creme brulee which for that price in Kew is an absolute bargain.
Kew is the home of one of my favourite restaurants - The Glasshouse - but it's Michelin starred and obviously Michelin stars come at a price . Q-Verde can't really compete with that but it
