Services
With something for everyone, The Ivy Caf, Richmond has an all-day caf-style menu that ranges from breakfast through to lunch and dinner including light snacks, sandwiches and afternoon tea. We have a dedicated weekend brunch menu with some delicious alternatives to our mid-week la carte and a drinks menu featuring much loved cocktails, including some classic favourites served with a twist.
The Caf Richmond dress code is Smart Casual. We are unable to allow dogs in the restaurant. However, Registered Assistance Dogs are of course welcome. The Ivy Caf Richmond has accessible access to the section of the main restaurant situated on the ground floor and restricted access facilities. Unfortunately, there is no accessible access to the first floor, where the private dining room is located.
With a beautiful view of Richmond Hill, private dining in The Isabella Room at The Ivy Caf Richmond has its roots deep in the local landscape. Natural daylight floods the room, highlighting artwork inspired by the bucolic scenery and bold colours of Richmond Park and the Isabella Plantation.

As time passes and the light over Richmond Park changes, Art Deco-style brass lights illuminate the space, accenting the midnight blue leather and dark wood chairs and the polished parquet floor. This sunrise-to-sunset transformation showcases the venue's versatility, as does the exclusive selection of menus, specially designed by our Executive Chef Sean Burbidge.
The largest of the capital's Royal Parks and the biggest enclosed space in London (2,500 acres), Richmond Park is A National Nature Reserve, London's largest Site of Special Scientific Interest and a European Special Area of Conservation. It is home to the beautiful Isabella Plantation - an organic woodland garden - the Royal Ballet School - with dancers training in the White Lodge - Pembroke Lodge and herds of Red and Fallow deer.
A beautiful listed Grade II building, the British Victorian theatre is adjacent to Richmond Green, with a well-deserved reputation for quality and entertainment. Opened in 1899 with a performance of 'As You Like It', it is now one of the finest surviving examples of the work of theatre architect Frank Matcham.

Visited on 21st December. Really loved the interiors of this place, very pretty. Lots of greens and gold and it had an oriental style vibe to it. I had the rib eye on the bone which was flavoursome and I would recommend it. The service was good considering how busy it was in the run up to Christmas. I would come back.

I always enjoy eating here. The service is excellent, very attentive without being intrusive and you don't feel rushed or pressurised. The food is excellent too and very consistent. The decor is beautiful and very stylish and colourful. The upstairs Isabella room is very nice and perfect for a private function. I highly recommend this place.

Very nice food in a relaxed atmosphere.
Reasonable prices and good wine options.
Better pre-book a table in advance.

We enjoyed this meal from start to finish. The service was outstanding - friendly, welcoming and professional. The restaurant is beautiful inside with a relaxed but vibrant atmosphere. The food was equally brilliant. Following some nibbles (the truffle arancini were particularly good) my wife had the cheese soufflé and I had the duck liver parfait, which had an interesting presentation. Both were great starters but the main of lobster linguine we both had was outstanding, arriving with a generous helping of lobster meat. It was a dish to remember. My wife had the chocolate bombe whilst I had the

Busy, making the most of covid restrictions being eased, very little mask wearing of both patrons and staff. Told we had 1h45m for out table but left us there for closer to 2h30m. Service excellent - friendly, chatty, efficient. Food generally good but a bit disappointed by the lobster linguine. Heavy on the tomato, chilli was almost absent and required quite a lot of the chilli oil and flakes they serve on the side. Not much lobster either. I'd say this is typical of the Ivy's that have sprung up.

Good food and cocktails. The restaurant itself is nicer than the food served, which is good but nothing memorable or outstanding. I was hoping to try their cheese sufflé, but it's only available in their dinner menu.

Recommend for casual or more celebratory occasions, they have a very good menu and it’s not expensive! We have been many times and come back again! I guess, and they gave me 2 cakes for my BD, how sweet!
