Gosforth Nursery and Out of School Club provides care and education for pre-school children from the age of 4 months as well as before and after school care for primary school children. Operating from our purpose-built premises, we aim to provide families with the high quality, flexible care they require and, working together with parents, help children learn and develop to achieve their full potential.
We are proud to be part of the community in the village of Gosforth in Cumbria and we work with Gosforth Church of England School, and other local primary schools to prepare your child for a fun and easy transition to the next stage of their education. Parents can access the free Early Years Provision through us and we are extremely flexible in the use of this provision.

Services
Our building has been designed and planned to offer families of all children an excellent range of facilities. We have separate rooms for babies, toddlers, pre-school children and those from primary school using our Out of School clubs. Planning carried out by experienced staff ensures that children's individual needs and interests are developed and new and appropriate skills introduced.
We believe it is our staff who make the nursery a special place for children to be. They are all qualified to a minimum level III and have a wealth of experience of working with young children. Our manager holds a Level VI qualification in Children's Care Learning & Development and has achieved Early Years Professional Status.
