Little Monkeys is situated in Braithwaite, a small village on the outskirts of Keswick in the heart of the Lake District. Occupying the ground and first floor of a converted dormer bungalow, and with a large garden at the front, the nursery boasts spectacular views of the surrounding area including Skiddaw, one of the areas most prominent mountains.
The Nursery is owned and managed by Laura Fradsham, who holds her BTEC National Diploma in Childhood Studies at Distinction level as well as a BA HONS Degree in Working with Children and Families. She is also qualified as a Forest School Practitioner. Laura has worked within many settings and held a variety of positions within the industry.

As Early Years Educators we strongly believe that every child deserves the best possible start in life, with support to fulfil their potential. We understand that the experiences a child has in their Early Years have a huge impact on their future and at Little Monkeys we take pride in providing exceptional care for children aged 0 - 5yrs.

An amazingly welcoming and friendly atmoshpere with caring and loving staff. Our 3 children have all loved going to Little Monkeys from babies upwards and have had loads of fun learning through creative play, we love that the children spent so much time in the outdoors. The food they make for the kids is also a bonus as its nutritious and varied. Love Love Love this place!
