The concept of a mobile vet that provides ALL the services a traditional vet does is quite new. That is why Vet on your Step are driving around providing basic in house services. The idea certainly seems to be a great way to encompass convenience with a traditional twist whilst maintaining the highest veterinary standards.

A lot of independent veterinary practices are being purchased by corporate giants and the personal one to one care is slipping by the way. Some establishments have lost touch with what being a vet is really about - CARING for the animals. Although modern day practice is a far cry from the days of James Herriot pottering around the countryside.
