Services
If it is difficult for you to bring your pet to the St. Anne's Road surgery for an operation, then we can arrange collection and return. Our qualified veterinary nurses offer advice clinics for puppies and for dogs with noise phobia and separation anxiety. For more complicated behavioural cases we can arrange referral to local trusted specialists.
The practice facilities give us immediate access to equipment and tests that allow a speedy diagnosis of your pet when unwell. In most cases we are able to offer medical or surgical solutions to those problems using our own facilities. In modern veterinary practice there is an array of specialist centres we can refer to for more advanced treatments or investigation of more complex disorders.
St. Anne's Veterinary Group provides clients with a high level of clinical care, delivered with a high level of customer service. Maintaining a high standard requires ongoing investment in our people, their training and the equipment they use. Our clients trust us to deliver high standards and to minimise risk and maximise benefits for their pets.
We have a partnership with Vets Now who run an out of hours emergency clinic within our main surgery at St. Anne's Road. Vets Now are the UK's leading provider of emergency veterinary care and have Vets and Vet Nurses that are highly trained in emergency and critical care. Still call 01323 640011 in an emergency and you will be given the appropriate number to call.
Our central Eastbourne vet surgery is open seven days a week. All our surgical work and diagnostic investigations take place here and our nurses provide 24 hour in-patient care. We are open for business from 8 am until 8 pm Monday to Friday and from 8.30 am until 4 pm on a Saturday, or 10 am until 12 pm on a Sunday.

My cat lily was taken to st Anne's vets in Eastbourne this evening as she had trouble urinating. Had a thorough examination and after an anti inflammatory injection was able to return home again. Given excellent advice regarding the possibility of lily having cystitis and given some medicine. Thank you St Anne's for your reasurrance and your dedication to your work.

I waited hours and hours in the car for them to do a ct scan. They then wanted to charge me over £1800 to keep my dying dog in over night to do further tests when he was terminally ill with cancer and several other issues i had to explain several time's what was wrong and still they kept asking me the same questions it was out of hours and cost £250 just to see him. I was not being listened to the amount of times I had to repeat stressFull enough knowing your dog needs to be put to sleep and yet all they did was pro long his pain. Even when I waited in the car for them to call me back i was waiting

I was very concerned about my cat and went to St Anne's on a Sunday evening as an emergency. I thought I would have to have him put down. The vet was really supportive and understanding and I trusted her. She later told me that he is diabetic and this finally explains what has been wrong with him for months! All staff that night were fabulous.
