This is a really nice guest house, soo clean and tidy. Breakfast well this is a first for me so tasty and could not finish it. Staff are brilliant and so helpful The attention to detail really impressed me . Rooms had to move on the last day, not sure why but both rooms have been to The highest standard. My opinion if I could , this guest house would have a 5 + star rating .

Great little find & Im happy I booked here. My room called "shambles" was clean and well presented. Had a cute and cosy vibe to it. The bed was comfy and I had a great night's rest after roaming York city all day. The location is just a few minutes walk to the city centre which makes it super convenient and the guest house was able to accommodate parking as well, which was perfect and just what I was looking for.
