Protecting animals from preventable diseases, and avoidable pain and discomfort, is an important part of what we do.
At Links Vet Group we believe that the care of our patients doesn't finish at tea time or at 5.00pm on a Friday, and we NEVER send you and your pets miles away to an unfamiliar surgery. We operate our own local 24-hour service 365 days a year from our Haddington practice with easy parking in familiar surroundings.
Full payment is required at the time of consultation and can be made by cash, cheque, credit or debit card. If insured with Petplan we just ask that you pay the policy excess at the time of treatment and we will make the insurance claim on your behalf. Unfortunately this arrangement doesn't exist with other insurance providers and we do ask for full payment at the time of treatment.
You will only ever be seen by fully qualified vets and trained nurses, using the most suitable equipment and medicines available. In the consultation room, we will always listen to you to understand the nature of your concerns and explain the treatment options available to you. We believe that our staff have a right to be treated politely and respectfully at all times.
