We are a growing school and are excited about the coming journey and being able to welcome even more children and families into the Long Lawford community. We believe that every child has the right to enjoy their time at school.

Over the last few years we have been upgrading and improving our facilities. We take pride in providing a warm, caring and consistently excellent education for all of our children. Under the Education Act parents have a right to choose a school for their children. Each school has a 'standard number' of places, which is the minimum number of children who should be admitted in any year.
At Long Lawford Primary School the member of staff responsible for coordinating provision for children with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities is Mr M Hindmarsh. All classes in school are of mixed ability, and teachers provide learning opportunities that are specially designed to match the ability of each pupil.

Good school, but improvements needed. A head teacher would be a start. My daughter enjoys most of her time here, but there is a huge lack of creative play and time for art. She feels she doesn't have fun most of the time, which is really sad. She used to love school in reception, then year one started and she says she doesn't enjoy it anymore. She never brings any drawings or artwork home. She doesn't get time for free play in the classroom and everything is too... Work focused for a 5 year old. She'd rather stay at home, and that's a big shame.
The lack of a head teacher has definitely been felt
