People from all walks of life seek psychotherapy usually because they are experiencing difficulties in their life like stress, anxiety, a relationship break-up or feeling intense, uncomfortable emotions or coming to terms with painful life experiences. With ethical guidelines my aim is to provide therapy in the quickest and most effective way.
The focus of my work is on helping you find solutions to your problems as expediently as is comfortable for you. Therapy is confidential and the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is tailored specifically to you. CBT has been shown to help with many different problems including anxiety disorders such as panic, worry, phobias stress and post-traumatic stress disorder.
Hypnotherapy is a branch of psychotherapy successfully used in dealing with a wide range of problems. Hypnotherapy is the therapeutic use of hypnosis. It is a natural relaxed state very similar to daydreaming. Hypnosis is a state of profound relaxation where the mind becomes susceptible to suggestions.
