If you are worried about something, want to talk through the issues that are affecting you, or have identified there is something you want to change, I can use my skills and experience to help you consider and understand what is happening in your life. You may be struggling with persistent worries, depression, relationship issues, the effect of abuse, anger management, workplace difficulties or bereavement.

You may be distressed by childhood experiences or struggling with low self- esteem and lack of confidence. We live in uncertain times and you may be worried about losing your job, struggling to find one or unhappy in the workplace. I am particularly experienced in working with people who are gender diverse and in helping you to find your true identity.
Services
I am experienced and accredited as a Counsellor (BACP), Psychotherapist (UKCP) and Supervisor (UKCP). I am available for short-term, solution focused work and longer-term in-depth psychotherapy. People who contact me may be troubled by anxiety or depression. Sometimes they are experiencing difficulties in relationships, or may feel stuck in unhelpful patterns of behaviour that they want to change.
1. Are they professionally qualified and how long have they been in practice? What are their qualifications? It is vital that your psychotherapist or counsellor is highly skilled and able to assist you with your concerns. 2. Anyone can call themselves a counsellor or psychotherapist because the profession is not regulated.
I am a Provisional Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst, registered with UKATA. This means I can supervise TA trainees, CTA qualified Psychotherapists and Psychotherapists from other modalities. I also have a Diploma in Supervision from CSTD in Bath and use Hawkins and Shohet's seven eyed model of supervision and can supervise Counsellors and Counselling Students.
I am a specialist in Gender Variance and offer a one or two day workshop in this fascinating and important area. On line training in Gender Diversity during the autumn and winter, dates to be confirmed shortly. Transactional Analysis is a theory of personality enabling us to understand the basis of behaviour, communication and the way we interact with others.
