Staff are friendly, but unfortunately prices were high.
I felt embarrassed to say I couldn't afford to pay for my VDU lenses (at their prices, in current times and as other people were in the store) so I went ahead with the payment. couple of hours later I had to go back and asked to cancel my order and was told they cant as its all online and plus cant contact supplier being a Saturday.
I said its not like anyone has started making anything on a Saturday, but they insisted it cant be cancelled.
anyway only 80% of my bill was refunded. I was charged a 20% fee for a refit of lenses that was not
