Ive tried various different opticians around Harrow including brands like spec savers, vision express. Boots etc. And I can honestly say; that everytime I come to this store, I have never left unhappy or dissatisfied. The service has always been great with affordable rates. Imran has always been helpful, honest and approachable when you make a purchase. He nevers pressures you to make a sale, which other opticians always do. And always makes sure you leave the happy and with no regrets.

I had issues with my eyes so I decided to check what is happening. I have arrange an appointment on the phone with a lovely lady Maria and as soon we got there we’ve been treated so professional the Dr done the check as we had the results went in the shop choose the glasses and within 3 working days they called us to pick it up.
Amazing customer service, price reasonable ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!
Maria was a real help and such a lovely person.

I opted to choose Visionsavers over Specsavers as i was around six months overdue for an eye test and was not satisfied with my previous prescription. I cannot stress enough that i do not regret this decision. The staff here did everything to accomodate my needs. From testing to frames to giving me free extras such as blephaclean wipes and an anti fog cloth (for masks) as well as a discount on glare protection in my lenses. They booked me in for a same day appointment and i had my frames a day later. I bought a beautiful pair of BVLGARI frames that i love wearing. Vision savers has frames at all

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE!!!! Everyone who works there an so kind- hearted , they always care about your comfort and put you first ... I’ve always had a brilliant experience with this opticians. The Main doctor is very patient and gives you the best results with you eyes. The rest of the staff especially Imran make you very comfortable when waiting he honestly cares about you .. he is so friendly and good-natured smile . Thank you for the excellent service.
