When it comes to having your eyes examined you want to know that every aspect of your eye health has been thoroughly checked don't you? When you visit our practice you can look forward to at-least a 40 minutes eye examination.

I cannot praise these people enough. In a serious emergency, they saw me at short notice, rearranging their schedule at their own expense to help me, and provided much needed support that I had failed to get at two hospitals and two opticians before them. I’ve had glasses for the past 20 years, and went to Insight for the first time in March 2021 as I thought I needed a really good Optician to test my eyes this time, and for the first time I now have glasses that I can see everything with Crystal clarity! I am thrilled with glasses ( if expensive) and Insight and worth every penny.

Been taking my kids to insight opticians for years . Seema is very knowledgable and professional and puts us at ease . Her assistant is also very helpful . Seema does a detailed eye examination and had great patience teaching my son to wear his mysight contact lenses a unique product that slows progression. I also use the OCT scan to keep tabs of my eye health. Highly recommended if you want a superior experience unlike the chains .

I have been going to Insight Opiticans for many years and highly recommend Seema and the team for their professional and friendly service. Easy 5 stars. They are taking all the steps to make everyone feel welcome and safe. Easy to get to by train with the station around the corner and plenty of parking nearby.

The entire team at Insight Optician is fantastic. They always greet with a smile and always provide the time to answer your questions. Seema is a wonderful optician, providing extra time to the consultations and performing thorough checks on the eye to ensure vision is the best it can be. They are excellent with children as well. They have recently taught my daughter how to wear contacts and provided a full hour for her to learn, without feeling rushed. I highly recommend Insight Opticians in Pinner.
