Services
Judo, at Croydon Judo club, in a safe (no kicking or punching) environment enables children to play and enjoy the sport as well as learning key skills to improve their overall health and mental stamina. In this fun and sociable environment the classes help them master the techniques, their courage and integrity whilst increasing their hunger to progress through their coloured belts.
The class for our younger player, aged 5, 6 and 7 first time beginners or existing judoka. We work through the Judo Fundamentals, for our little Judoka, with the emphasis on FUN. Progressing through the Sho grading system to engage, motivate and encourage flexibility, agility and movement whilst instilling strong discipline and the fundamentals for great judo from the very start.
Whether you are new to judo or not, 5 years old or 75 years old there truly is a life in judo and we have the class for you got the class for you. Some of our member have been with us for decades, learning all the time and now passing on that knowledge to others from beginners to more seasoned players, others have joined us this year.

CJC has the best facilities in the borough and in neighbouring areas.. by far.
I joined in 2016 and the staff (Rob, Ash, Clem and James) made me feel so comfortable. This is a family of members, supportive and driven in their goal to impart knowledge on others.
Great for children's discipline and respect
Cannot recommend Croydon Judo Club enough! 🥋💯🙂

A great training atmosphere for all ages to get involved. Very popular with young people with training opportunities 4-5 evenings a week. Seniors and adults tend to train later after the kids have left. All levels of experience are catered for, wether for self defense or to keep fit, or get back in shape. Well worth a visit, had a chat with some of the teachers. I have found them very accommodating.
