Our emergency work is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for the care of all emergencies - with the provision of resident nursing care day and night for all in patients. Our out of hours service is manned by our own veterinary surgeons and nurses from all 3 practices coming together at the Nomansland surgery near Lostwithiel.

Is lungworm covered by PHC? Yes - We include a monthly worming plan within our Pet Health Club for dogs and cats as standard. We have decided to do this to ensure protection against Lungworm in all dogs. We are also concerned about the risk to humans from dog and cat worm eggs, particularly in children.
Churchend Veterinary Centre has been delivering care for pets, horses and farm animals, in St Austell and the surrounding area, for over 100 years. Kernow Veterinary Group's team of dedicated small animal vets are here to care for you and your pet. Harleigh Vets has been delivering veterinary care for animals of all shapes and sizes, centred around our Bodmin and Wadebridge surgeries.
Once a week our clinic nurses run a puppy socialisation session at each surgery. Every puppy under 14 weeks of age that has had their first vaccination is invited and encouraged to come in and join the fun. At puppy playgroup the emphasis is on socialisation with other puppies and learning that a trip to the vets is not a nasty experience.
