We employ an appointment system surgery with both Vet and Nurse appointments available throughout the day. Each appointment slot is for 15 minutes which allows us to spend the time with you that your pet deserves. The staff are super friendly, incredibly conscientious and fully involved with our pets. The care is exceptional. The surgeries communication is second to none and the advice the vets and nurses and admin give me is trustworthy and honest. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

As a family we’ve used City Road Vets for years, with multiple animals.
They have always been professional, kind, reliable and made us and our animals feel at ease.
During Covid, they were supportive, safe and continued their incredible level of service.

I receive reminders via my mobile phone and iPad when my cat needs medication and for his annual booster. I can speak directly to the Chat line if I have any queries. Parking is easy at the Surgery. I am always greeted by friendly Staff. My cat is well looked after when he is in their care. I feel that their charges are fair. I highly recommend City Road Veterinary Centre - Truro.

The practice at City Road is very patient and pet owner orientated with a very positive and welcoming presence.
The staff are always very helpful and sympathetic to the pets condition and owners concerns.

We have been seeing Simon Tai and some of the other wonderful vets at this practice since 2003 for our 3 dogs and cat.
We lost our last dog in May 2020 and now we have a new puppy we have returned to City Road and a warm welcome for our puppy.
We live in Newquay but the journey to Truro is well worth it. We are able to say, without reservation, that we have received what we believe to be the best care possible for our animals and we completely trust in the knowledge and skills of the professionals in the practice - clearly a primary concern.
