Unfortunately the female vet misdiagnosed a growth on our doggo's ear as a cyst after barely looking at it. Gave us some cream and sent us away. After a few weeks it had grown aggressively and the other vet actually took the time to have a look and send a sample off for biopsy. Turned out to be cancer and unfortunately, doggo had been in a lot of pain with it so had to be put down (it was too late to operate and remove the ear).

I found the prices sky high and it would have been nicer if I hadn't had a face to face with the vet in the middle of the street. To have my dog taken off me and out of site. The £25 consultation fee for 2 mins in the street crippled me together with £60 for one injection! £173 I'm all and felt I had to follow her advice. Makes we wonder if she could have offered alternatives.

What a cracking service. Wee cat hadn’t eaten anything even though he was making attempt. A quick skeet at his mouth. Nothing outstanding but front right upper canine looked odd. Contacted the vet and got an appointment same day, but asked to remain in my car upon arrival at the vet, ring them and then wait outside until a member of staff came out. Hardly a wait, cat in carrier taken in by the vet, poked with sticks and one happy cat returned. Really happy with the vets, spot on service and well recommended A1.
