If I could give more than 5 stars then I would!!
We've been so impressed with the levels of compassion and care all the staff have. Our poor boy had a really tough time after his recent surgery and when I rang up very concerned about him they offered us an appointment within an hour and we ended up having to admit him overnight. Around 7pm we got… a phone call update explaining everything they had done for him which was everything they possibly could and that after half an hour he had already perked up and was eating and drinking again! They even sent me a photo of him which meant so much

This isn't a bad vets for general checkups but I had a terrible experience recently where I had to send my dog here in an emergency situation and they failed to provide the care that was promised. I was promised an update on my dogs situation but received not one phone call and spent the whole time worrying. My dog had to spend the whole night in a cage on her own with no drip because she chewed through it. I was told conflicting information from two different vets as to how they got preventive measures wrong. They openly admitted to getting the charges wrong for the medication and made no effort

So pleased with our new veterinary practice. We moved to the area from another county and needed an urgent
Appointment for our fur baby.
The reception team are 1st class and our nurse was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful .
The waiting room is spacious and so are the consultation rooms
Car parking is spacious which is a bonus

Ruth was our family vet for many a year before we moved away and knew Winston for 8 of his 16.5 years Ruth then helped us let him pass over the rainbow bridge and was a huge comfort. She was compassionate and caring and made the worse day of my life alittle easier There is no other vet I would recommend Thank you

For around 10 years the team at Rowans took exceptional care of our amazing little girl, our pug, Daisy.
We have nothing but praise for the whole team, who in the worst time made it known we weren’t going through it alone.
Rowans did everything they could for Daisy, as did the specialists we got referred to. Always made time to answer any questions (and I had a lot).
The compassion shown will not be forgotten.

I took my 10 month old rescue dog Storm (rottweiler cross german Shepherd) in who had deformed hips which we didn't know about, the staff there at Rowans were absolutely amazing with him. They took such good… care of him, kept me up to date & got him transferred to Manchester Vet hosptial for surgery! i honestly can't thank you guys enough for what you did for Storm, he's made a full recovery after his hip surgery & i appreciate you all so much, thank you!

This practice saw me straight away when my own wouldn't and even offered me a sedative to give my dog before appointment. A lovely caring vets who did their best to save my late dog. They showed compassion and treated her with the care she deserved. They have been in touch several times since her passing away.
