Vaccination educates the dog's immune system in how to deal with the causes of infection and disease. Many of the diseases we vaccinate against have no current cure, so prevention is key to long lasting health. We advise your dog to be vaccinated every 12 months. Although our current vaccinations may well last longer than this, every pet and breed is different.
We believe that nutrition is an important part of keeping pets healthy and can also play a vital part in the treatment of some illnesses. This is why we stock a select range of cat and dog pet food in practice, helping to take the faff out of pet food for our clients by recommending diets that have been scientifically created to provide optimal nutrition, which tastes great!
Pet insurance provides cover for veterinary fees in the event that your pet becomes injured or unwell. It can provide peace of mind that you're in a position to afford all the veterinary care your pet may need. With veterinary medicine employing expensive medical techniques and medication, and with pet owners caring more and more about their pets' health, pet insurance is becoming increasingly popular.
If your insurer asks you to complete your claim online, what we need from you will be greatly simplified. Please note the process may differ between insurers. Attach the clinical history, along with a copy of any payments you've made (you do not have to keep any receipts). Please note the processing of direct claims is discretionary and based on the relationship between the insurer and the clinic.

I would highly recommend this practice. I only have my dog registered here so this review is based on the care provided for my dog. The staff on reception are really nice, very welcoming and very professional. The Vets and Vet Nurses are very thorough and will take the time to explain what they are doing and why they are doing it.
This practice is really accomodating and responsive I recently called and all of the appointments for the day were taken but they were due to be closed for a few days over the holidays, they made arrangements for me to be able to come in that day and we were able to

I recently visited the vets with my cat. They were very caring and understanding. I could tell the Vet truly cared for my cat and understood any concerns I had. The reception is nice a spacious and everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend if you are looking for any health care support with your pet. We signed up to the pet plan and it’s been great!

Excellent service great care was taken with my pet and my pet was not stressed. During this pandemic I was allowed to stay with my pet as she is very nervous. At my last vets I had prepaid for lifetime injections but I moved to Norcross Vets as I felt they had more empathy with both me and my dog.

Very poor communication and information given regarding costs and possible complications before starting emergency procedure - then when complications occurred post surgery, the vets took no responsibility and we’re only seemed interested in charging more and more money with no compassion at all.
Our pet suffered unnecessarily for 2-3 months and had to be put to sleep, which we decided to do with another vets.
It would of been a lot kinder to put the animal to sleep considering her age and condition but we were advised against this, maybe the amount of money they were charging was more attractive

I have used this vets for years. I've always found them very helpful, knowledgeable and thorough.
Although recently due to unforeseen circumstances outside their control they are struggling with shortage of veterinary staff. I had a slightly longer wait time to see a vet.
At my dogs appointment the vet was very professional and reassuring during my consultation and the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The surgery is very welcoming, clean and tidy. There is also a new shop area which has just opened selling a variety of products for all pets.
