I qualified in the nineties and have worked as a Veternary nurse in practice for over 20 years. I combine experience with enthusiasism and still see new things and learn something everyday.

On holiday in Southport with my old man dog when I realised I was a few days short of his pain medication. After phoning around several other vets in the area, who weren't very helpful, it was almost Town Vets' closing time when I called to ask them if they could help. The vet I spoke to was so lovely, very friendly, helpful and professional. They called my regular vets, arranged his medication and even stayed open late for me to collect. We brought Joey here today. Cornelia was amazing and genuinely sorry when he was diagnosed with a carcinoma in his mouth, which made taking in nutrients almost impossible. Joey passed away at Town Vets and was treated with the utmost dignity, empathy and professionalism. Thank you ladies. We are heartbroken but know we did the right thing.
