Our experience could well go down as one of the most efficient of
2019 /20.
On my initial enquiry of the possibility of selling my house action was immediate.
Numerous viewings took place within a week, and within 2, a deal had been concluded. My impression was that this happening was mainly as a result of their 'directory' of potential buyers to call upon. From this point on, I was impressed with the very professional way that both Roly and Howard handled the transaction and maintained good communications as to the progress of the sale. This is an Agent that I would highly recommend.

So far it has been a pleasure to work with Grosvenor Billinghurst. This first time rental of our house has been easy, with the support of Tom who has been available by phone or email every step of the way. He has been very professional, kind and attentive. We will be working together for at least the next couple of years as they manage the tenancy of our property. It is just the beginning for us and I hope it will continue to be a positive experience.
