Graham has worked in the industry in various roles for close to 30 years and prior to establishing Nicholls Residential held a number of senior posts with large national Estate Agency chains. He is very much an industry professional with great levels of experience and a track record of success. Simon has built up a strong reputation having worked in Ewell and Chessington for over 14 years and managing highly successful offices.

The whole team were very personable and approachable throughout the whole process. In particular Georgia who was really helpful and caring, providing us with regular updates and always happy to answer any questions we had. Jacqueline and the whole team at Nicholls went above and beyond on the sale of my property, it wasn’t the first time I’d used them, so I knew I could rely on them to do a good job. However what I received was far more.
There were a number of challenges along the way, but none were as a result of Nicholls, in fact Jacqueline was often the one going the extra mile to find out information when other wouldn’t.

I found dealing with Nicholls Residential Epsom a very helpful experience especially as they were acting for the vendor and not me. Georgia, their representative dealing with the house sale, was always available for any questions about the property and liaised between the vendor and myself quickly and politely.
The whole transaction was painless and worked through all the processes as quickly and easily as possible. Both the vendor and I felt the same way and I would not hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone entering the process of moving house.

Being a first time landlord my wife and I "interviewed" a short list of agents following a bit of investigation on their reviews etc. We interviewed 4 in the end and it was difficult to find a differentiator. Nicholls was the last agency we saw, so we had some experience by this point.
