From the start Waterview were attentive and helpful. They were selling our flat and we had good levels of viewings from the start and every visit was followed up with feedback on how it went. We had regular phone calls giving details of follow ups and new introductions. A very professional approach to the final negotiation of a sale. Good monitoring and communication was evident as we moved closer to exchange of contracts. Good to deal with.

When I decided I wanted to buy a home on the river I went to Waterview because I felt they would be the most experienced agents so I popped into their office one afternoon just for a chat and get an idea of the market and prices and spoke to Max who was very helpful and knowledgeable ; on a second visit I spoke to Kirk who again was friendly and helpful. When we had a viewing it was Soren who escorted us round the property and he was very informative, didn’t rush us and was equally helpful with lots of information about riverside properties.

Having dealt with Kirk and Max from Waterview over a period of months, they performed way better than any other estate agent we dealt with (and we used several to help us find a home).
Pretty much all the others would show you a house and if it wasn't right for one reason or another, they just never bothered to get in touch again.
Kirk always kept us informed of new properties that came up on their books and in that respect they look after and value their potential customers in this tricky niche market.

Having a penchant for water based property and always aiming to be at the forefront of property dealings where possible, I suppose I am not the most easy going of clients.
