Carringtons managed the property in which I was a tenant for over three years. We always found Carringtons to be very professional and incredibly fair in how they managed issues that arose. I went through a few agencies before I utilised Carringtons when selling a property, and I’ve dealt with many agencies in the past. Carringtons is by far the most superior agency I’ve ever worked with. The agency itself has a strong air of professionalism mixed with down to earth agents - so nothing feels faked or forced. Writing this on behalf of my daughter and niece, who are 2 university students. On the 3rd of September, we visited their property and on the 4t, we paid a holding deposit of £311.54 to get it off the market. On the 7th, the tenancy agreements were sent, the contract stated the move in date of the 27th of September and they submitted their referencing information. We provided a guarantor and they refused to accept his tax return.
