At Walker Lettings & Management our simple aim is customer satisfaction. We appreciate that not all clients want the same thing and we adapt and tailor make our approach to suit your individual needs. We set the company up in 2002 after working at other agencies and felt we could use our previous experience to provide more for our clients.
Renting your own property can be a stressful experience so using a specialist letting agent such as ourselves can help to relieve that stress and make the letting of your property a hassle free experience and as plain sailing as possible. One advantage that we have over other agents is that we don't charge renewal fees.
Apart from choosing a rental property the next most important thing for a Tenant is choosing the right agent to guide you through this procedure. As a Letting Agent we are instructed by Landlords to rent their properties but we always maintain that a Tenants feelings and concerns are paramount to any successful Letting.
