All the veterinary nurses working at Aquarius Vet Centre are qualified and registered with the RCVS. Not only do they assist the vets with operations, monitor anaesthetics, take Xrays, take blood samples and run lab samples (a small sample of the behind the scenes work our nurses do), they are the ones that will spend time encouraging patients to eat, taking them for some fresh air and giving them a cuddle.

My Dog was seriously ill when I came home from work. I called my registered vets and around 6 other vets closer to me all of which dismissed me because it was near closing time!
Aquarius were the only vets in the area who had genuine concern!
We got there at closing time and the team stayed 45 minutes late to care for my dog that sadly had to be put down.
The staff were so very kind, caring and compassionate throughout that if you truly value your pets, this is where you should be taking them. (definitely won't be going back to Paul Jarman)

Treated my lovely cat horribly. She grabbed him out of his carrier by the back of his neck/ back so he yowled, refused to re take his temperature (even though it was high yesterday) because he was too "cross" and asked me if he was a stray because of his behaviour. She raised her voice at him and almost gave him an injection without telling me what it was. I'd be cross too being manhandled like that. He's the most cuddly, loving cat you'll ever meet and he was scared. These people should not be near animals. Not a caring bone in their body.

Great team! They helped me out when my cat landed badly after jumping the garden fence. I rang just after closing and they stayed behind while I rushed my cat in. They did rush to get me out, they xrayed and diagnosed him quickly and he was up and about within a couple of days!
A great veterinary practice!
