Services
After graduating in 1993 from Glasgow University Bill has lived and worked in East Anglia ever since. Pursuing a special interest in veterinary internal medicine Bill gained the RCVS Certificate in Small Animal Medicine in 2002 and continues to follow his passion for helping animals with their often complex medical conditions.
The practice is purpose designed, and opened in the summer of 2011 - due to rapid expansion the facilities were extended comprehensively in 2016. It was originally developed by vets Poppy and Bill both of whom have practised in East Anglia their entire careers and have a wealth of experience in all aspects of small animal medicine and surgery.
Welcome to our online booking service which means you can now book your appointment online. If you are an existing client you will need to have email address registered with us to use this service. Please ring the practice if you are unsure and we can check your account. The online booking is for routine appointments only, so please call the practice if you have an emergency or if you do not find a suitable appointment time online.
The welcoming reception area run by Head Receptionist Rachel, is a bright and airy environment climate controlled for the comfort of you and your pet. As well as "checking in" for appointments or operations we will always be available for advice or help. There are walk on scales for dogs to allow weight recording - important for drug dosages and weight management.
Puppies and kittens joining the plan will receive a fantastic 40 discount off their Best Start Package. The Healthcare Plan is designed to save you money, and spread the cost of your pets' preventative healthcare over the course of a year. To qualify for these discounts, you must be a member of our Healthcare Plan for 12 months, and make 12 consecutive direct debit payments.
