We are still practicing a closed-door policy and ask that you make yourself known to reception either by telephone or by ringing the doorbell. The practice can be very busy at times, so please be patient with us. Both the Salisbury Branch and the Amesbury Branch are now open all weekdays from 8:00am - 6:30pm and Salisbury is open Saturdays from 8:30am - 12:30pm.
This veterinary surgery has got to be the best, the staff are amazing, everything is explained to you beforehand. The surgeons and nurses are brilliant. I can't say enough of the praise I can give them. They really take their time to make sure every aspect of your pets health and well-being is catered to and they're also completely transparent about costs.

We have three branches in Salisbury (Stratford Road, our main hospital), Amesbury (Flower Lane), and Wilton (34 West Street). With many vets (and over eighty years of veterinary experience between us), we are the largest practice in the Salisbury area.

We believe that nutrition is an important part of keeping pets healthy and can also play a vital part in the treatment of some illnesses. This is why we stock a select range of cat and dog pet food in practice, helping to take the faff out of pet food for our clients by recommending diets that have been scientifically created to provide optimal nutrition, which tastes great!
Even if the branch surgery is closed, your call will be automatically diverted to our main Salisbury Surgery. Outside of the above times you will hear an answer phone message stating the Vets Now number. Vets Now is a nationwide out of hours veterinary service ensuring you have 24 hour access to veterinary care.
We've partnered with Video Vets Now so you can speak to a vet from home or out and about - 7 days a week between 8am and 11pm. Consults are 10 mins and cost 24. If your pet needs to be seen by us or Vets Now, your original 24 payment will be refunded. We partnered with Video Vets Now to help you get the advice and reassurance you need, wherever you are.
