Anglo is a modern British dining room by Mark Jarvis, ran by his head chef Anthony Raffo and manager Marie Danzanvilliers. With an emphasis on simple, refined dishes, we offer our seasonal tasting menu Tuesday to Saturday dinner and Friday/Saturday lunch. We feel it is our responsibility to use only the best British seasonal foraged and responsibly farmed produce.
We have also made a conscious effort to reduce our impact on the world around us. Such as offering one menu to reduce our food consumption and waste, reducing our plastic usage, using natural wines, British where possible and reducing the amount of meat and fish we offer from responsible sustainable suppliers.

A wonderful place for all those interested in delicious and decadent food, and for collectors of plates which definitely would not stack in a dishwasher. Our server was a delight, and although we aren’t the most sophisticated of folk, we were nevertheless charmed by the amazing selection of weird and wonderfully presented foods and equally fantastic service. Highly recommend - a truly unique and delightful experience with food definitely deserving of a slightly higher than normal price tag.

Anglo is a true gem! We have been lucky enough to eat at a number of world class restaurants and Anglo is hands down our favourite in the UK. The service is personable and welcoming. The food beyond compare. Certainly recommend the drinks pairing as they elevate each dish to an even higher level. What a great place.

A delicate and well thought out tasting menu. The ambience of the restaurant is quiet and understated and the service is impeccable. It was a great dining experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for something a little special. The sourdough bread is also one of the best I have tasted! You can pre-order a loaf to take home when you make a booking, which I didn't do but will do when I go back next time. Highly recommended!

Each course was richly flavoured and an absolute joy to eat. Classic flavours with a twist that were sure to please and the range of flavours was diverse throughout the meal. Presentation of each course was on point and a palette cleanser was also thrown in which was a nice surprise. Timings between courses was perfect and service was impeccable. All in all a really beautiful meal in a really relaxed setting. Would definitely recommend.

I never expected my first meal in London to be so good! I've heard Anglo just opened, but if they keep cooking at this level, they'll never close.
I love the intimate ambiance with just a few small tables. The appetizers come in rapid succession, and they're all super fun. There are sweet shreds of Crab under a frozen ice cap, a Beef Heart Kebab that tastes like a taco full of jerky, and a creamy purée of Salt Cod.
Even their bread is exceptional. They let their sourdough starter work it's magic a lot longer than most so the extra sour gives the bread some earthier notes

Really amazing and tasty
It's been a while since I've tasted so many great dishes. With a nordic hint, we enjoyed 13 amazing dishes, all surprising, tasty and beautiful.
The chef has been at Noma for a short time. We could definitely sense that.
We didn't go for the wine pairing, just a couple of glasses. The Zinfandel is amazing. And so is their Brut.
The place is small, but cozy. And location seems a bit deserted. But don't be discouraged - it's worth it.

Yummy! Absolutely loved this place. Staff were attentive, food was scrumptious. Although one or two dishes were a little unusual and didn't blow my mind. But it was still good overall.
I booked a few weeks in advance for dinner as the venue is pretty small. There is a tasting menu for £45, hence you don't get a choice in what you order. But that was fine with me as I got to try things I wouldn't usually. Lots of nice little surprises in the dishes. Add £30 if you want to pair wines with your meal.
I'd def go back. :)
