Today, St Nicholas has 415 pupils on roll and prides itself on the quality of experience for children both within lesson time and in the extensive range of extra-curriculum activities that are provided. At St Nicholas the personal, social and moral education of the pupils is highly valued; we support the children to understand and value their role in modern Britain as future independent citizens. The diversity of culture and religion is celebrated and respected; as a Church of England school we are fully inclusive.
At St Nicholas Primary School, we provide access to many different learning websites, to help support your child's learning and understanding. We value academic and personal success. All pupils are encouraged to fulfil their potential and develop their diverse range of talents. They integrate well from all our feeder nurseries and when the time comes, are fully prepared for transition to secondary school.
We believe that the values and aims of our school activities promote healthy lifestyles, both now and for the children's future. St Nicholas School is a happy, caring school. Our Christian ethos ensures there is respect and support for everybody within the school.
