We know that choosing the right care for your child can be a very difficult decision. We always recommend visiting a setting for yourself, but our Ofsted reports help to give you an independent overview of the quality of childcare we offer. We are very proud to announce that Nidderdale Nursery has be awarded an Good grading from Ofsted.

Our owner and general manager Julie Shaw is passionate about high quality childcare and back in 1994 she created the first Kids at Heart Nursery to provide the most comfortable, safe and stimulating environment in which to do so.

Since then, with Julie firmly at the helm, Kids at Heart have expanded to two Day Nurseries; Nidderdale in Lingerfield and The School House in Pannal; along with a Kids' Clubs (Woodlands) in Harrogate and bespoke mobile crche facilities nationwide in the UK.We care for babies through to teenagers and we want the very best for your child.

Our staff working with your child are carefully chosen to ensure that they are able to develop positive, lasting relationships that children will remember. Your child will have a Key Person who will work closely with your family to ensure they know your child well and understand their needs, giving them a sense of belonging.

We always strive to meet the chidcare needs of our parents and carers, and our very different settings reflect this. A comprehensive fee structure is available below or in our prospectus for each setting along with a what to do next checklist. Tasty, nutritious meals are lovingly prepared by our on-site chefs everyday using the freshest, high quality, locally sourced produce. A healthy lifestyle is firmly established throughout Kids at Heart and we teach your child about self-care, making informed choices and understanding the fundamentals to managing their own health.
