The application procedure for primary education allows parents to express a preference for the primary school they wish their child to attend. For this year only there is also an option to use a paper copy of the enrolment form which is now available from the school office and live to download by using the link here.
Our Pal Club runs every afternoon from 1.50 until 4.30. Pupils are supervised at all times. They receive a healthy snack and drink, take part in planned indoor and outdoor activities and get help to complete some of their homework if numbers permit. Payment should be made on a weekly basis to Mrs McKinley or the school office.
Fit for life is an excellent programme which is being heavily subsidised by the council. The children are being given the opportunity to experience different forms of exercise and use facilities which the school alone could not provide. 90 to 120 minutes of structured sports coaching from qualified coaches at the indoor arena at the Meadowbank Sports Arena.
The School Council has been set up to provide our pupils with a voice. It gives students the opportunity to raise both positive and negative school related issues and hopes and plans for the future. It provides an invaluable link between the School Leadership group and the student body. Through the process of a democratic vote, each class has selected the children below to represent them on the School Council.
