Partney C Of E Primary School

We are a small, friendly Church of England Primary School. Myself and all the Partney staff are dedicated to the aims of our school, that is to encourage enthusiastic, motivated learners who will go forward independently in life ready to meet the challenges ahead of them. Who knows what technologies are around the corner?

All of the children at Partney C of E Primary are involved in improving our school and their ideas are valued. We have a School Council made up of representatives from each year group from Year 1 upwards. New School Council members are elected each year by the members of their class. Our School Council meet regularly and discuss matters which are happening in school life.

We will be changing our reading books on Monday and Thursday. Please make sure you bring your reading book and reading diary on these days. If you finish reading your book on a different day, remember that you can re-read it! ELSA Summer Wellbeing - this is a booklet with a wide range of activities to help us stay positive and happy.

School meals are healthy, tasty, social and fun. A school lunch will also provide a varied and balanced diet and provide the right amount of energy to ensure that your child can work better in the afternoons. The whole school sit and eat lunch together in ' The Galley' (the school hall) but when the weather is warm the children sometimes sit outside under our canopy.

School doors will be open from 8.45am to 8.55am and a member of staff will be on the door to welcome in the KS2 children at 8.45am. Late pupils to arrive via Main Entrance and be entered in the late book and a reason supplied. Please do not drop your children off at the bottom of the drive and leave them to enter the school alone.
