We are a small animal practice in Taunton, first established before the First World War. We are passionate about animal care and our skilled team of veterinarians and vet nurses are dedicated to providing the highest quality care for your animals. Because we love animals and strive to provide excellent continuity of care, we are open six days a week and have access to 24-hour emergency care.
We also offer free parking for clients at our surgeries. To help keep us all safe, please do not attend the practice unless you have a pre-booked appointment, or have arranged to collect food/medication.

Services
At Tone Vets we are proud to offer our services to the pet community of Taunton and the surrounding countryside. We use our extensive professional experience and skills, combined with the latest developments in animal medicine and surgery, to help owners ensure their pets are as fit, safe and healthy as they can be.
Here at Tone Veterinary Centre, we're very proud to have so many enthusiastic and dedicated individuals working in our friendly practice. We are all passionate about animals and their well-being, from our veterinary surgeons and qualified nurses to our essential support staff. Highly trained and caring, each of us has a role to play in making this a special practice for you to visit with your pet.
Our team of highly dedicated and experienced veterinary surgeons and vet nurses are devoted to your pet's wellbeing. Your pets are always our priority. We all have our own pets and work hard to provide the same service to you that we would want for our own much-loved animals. At our surgeries we provide continuity of care, working with you to provide effective and high quality treatment.
Many of our patients are receiving long term treatment and are eligible for 'repeat prescriptions'. Usually, we see these patients every six months, although for some conditions and often at the start of a new treatment, this may be more frequently. If your pet is due more of their usual medication, please contact us no less than 48-hours before you would like to collect this.
In the event of an emergency during our normal opening hours, please phone 01823 333909 (Blackbrook) or 01823 340660 (Norton) and you will be advised what to do next. If your call is after 7pm on weekdays or after 12:30pm on Saturday whilst our clinic is closed, please contact The Mount Veterinary Hospital on 01823 662286.
