Edgware Primary School is a double storey building with ramps to enter and exit and disabled toilet facilities. We have a dedicated disabled parking bay in our school car park. Members of staff form good relationships with the pupils. Teachers make good use of information on how well pupils are doing to plan their next steps'. Children persevere with their work because tasks are exciting and relevant to their interests and needs'. They receive help tailored to their specific needs in lessons.
The pupil premium is a government initiative that targets extra money at pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds. Research shows that pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds underachieve compared to their non-deprived peers. The premium is provided to enable these pupils to be supported to reach their potential.
