Services
Milton Road is a happy, creative, welcoming and successful primary school in the north of the historic City of Cambridge. Milton Road serves children and families from within the school's catchment area and beyond. We are very proud of the linguistic, social, and cultural diversity of the families that we serve and we take an active role in our community.
The image above of everyone in the same boat is displayed in classrooms and around the school and reinforces a central idea of our shared ethos. We are crew not passengers. Everyone has unique talents and skills and everyone has a part to play in making our school a happy, healthy and brilliant place to be.
At Milton Road Primary School, we understand the importance of children developing positive learning behaviours. Learning behaviours are a set of skills that are needed in order for children to be effective learners. They support children in being able to respond positively to tasks and engaging well with others as part of the learning experience.

My son has absolutely thrived at Milton Road. We love this school! We moved to Cambridge for only a single school term, worried that our son would have a rough transition to a new school. But, from Day 1 the teachers and the other students were incredibly welcoming. My son has been happier here then we've ever seen before. He was able to immediately join after-school activities, even though it was late in the school year. We adore his teacher and the atmosphere of empathy and kindness that this school fosters.

My child wasn't happy there, snob staff and snob children. They are very arrogrance as they have very good reputation but I think others school around here is much nicer. If you want your child to be happy may be this is not the one BUT if you like to showing off about your child school, this is the one.
