Services
Wyton on the Hill Primary prides itself on being a caring, supportive and friendly school, where relationships are valued. We welcome all individuals who come into the school and contribute to its life. A strong commitment to inclusion, a passion for learning and an unfaltering focus on raising pupil achievement are the foundations of our school ethos.
At Wyton on the Hill Primary School we aspire to be sensitive to the needs of every child, reducing barriers to learning and making the curriculum accessible to every student. Reasonable adjustments to physical and other arrangements of the school are considered where necessary, taking into account the nature of any impairment, pupil and parent views and advice from teachers and other professionals.
The school has a group of children in KS2 who have been trained to give visitors a tour of the school and answer questions they may have. The same group have also put together their own video tour for the website. Some of our Y6 children have been learning how to make videos, add narration and music and have been using a program from Microsoft called Photo Story.
The prospectus is currently under review as a result of the new school build. We have tried to include as much information as we can on this website but if you have any queries, please contact us. We are very proud of our pupils at Wyton on the Hill Primary, which is why we strongly encourage them to wear our school uniform. We believe that it helps them to feel like part of the team, to be ready to learn when they come to school and to develop a sense of pride and an understanding of how important they are as citizens of our school community.
