The positive and calm culture we have here is a product of wonderful children, good personal relationships and the dedication and expertise of the staff team. At Ryders Green, we are all lifelong learners and we are always striving to be the best we can be. We have the highest expectations of achievement, effort, attendance, behaviour, presentation and respect.

Our role, in partnership with parents, is to instil these and other good habits for life. The contents of this prospectus will give you the information about the organisation and structure of our school, together with the broad aims of the curriculum.

At Ryders Green we strive to ensure that every child is afforded the best educational experiences from their one chance at primary school. Our vision places learning at the heart of all that we do. Positivity is central to our school ethos and all staff and children embrace this fully. Through collaborating we have an open friendly dialogue between staff, children and peers whereby we celebrate each other's strengths and learn from each other.
I am very proud to be able to share with you the wonderful opportunities of Ryders Green Primary School. I am honoured to lead such a fantastic school where we are determined to support children and staff in fulfilling their individual goals. At Ryders Green we always aim to achieve fantastic attendance. Our attendance is now 96.1% and our persistent absence is currently 10% (children with 90% and below attendance). Ofsted have advised us to ensure that we make our persistent absence a priority, if your child has attendance of 90% and below, you will receive a letter from the school.
