Staying near Padstow for a few days, we had a meal at The Journeyman Restaurant at St Issy. We can definitely recommend this restaurant. It is small and cosy, the food is amazing and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Nothing is to much for them. It is also reasonably priced. Can’t recommend it enough.

We booked the restraunt for 4 people, then we got send a time to arrive. Once we arrived we found our way into a small bottom floor of an old Mill, there where only 6 seats in the restaurant. The place was so cosy and had some great charm; but the real standout was the food, the Indian we has was some of the best, truly special; I would definitely recommend this for someone looking for a cute and amazing experience!

The restaurant was lit with candles providing an atmospheric ambience.
However the heating was barely adequate to cope with drafts on a February evening.
