I called a taxi at midnight to go into the city centre for a night out and called again at 12.30 and was told they would text me when on the way. Here I am still sitting in my house and taxi complete no show at 02.55. If they can't fulfill hires just tell customers. My first night out since we'll before covid ruined, thanks....I must tell everyone I know about your quality service.....maybe not.!!!

Company is a joke now was ok but now no communications from them they fail to answer emails just 100% ignored even though it's listed as a contact detail on there website then they cast things back at you that never happened to the point of threatening to call the police because of it .. totally ridiculous.. i never ever use them again now .. no idea if this was a personal vendetta or what so beware of it this is who they Really are. shame used to think they were the best thing in Cumbernauld till they ruined it.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Telephone operators are an absolute embarrassment to the company. Rude, abrupt and as common as they come. Asking for a simple taxi from a main road was apparently too difficult. Surprised anybody continues to use them.

Have used for some years now and always been reliable. For past customers, small discount. All cabs are spacious. You get an alert to say when dispatched so you can prepare. Make sure a location for pick up st Croy station if busy as could be hidden by buses etc at very busy times.
