Ambassador Taxis have over 30 years experience in providing a service to the local community. We have a large mixed fleet of taxis ranging from saloon and estate cars to 6/7/8 seater people carriers and a wheelchair access vehicle. Our vehicles can be pre booked to be waiting for you on arrival at the airport, railway station and bus station.

This facility is available for individual and group bookings. We are also at the start of the West Highland Way for our foreign visitors to assist with their baggage transfer. If you staying at the local Travellers Rest on the West Highland Way, "Best Foot Forward" B&B, then we can pick you up from the airport or railway station and transport you there, where you will be greeted by Morag and her husband.

Told I would have at least a 3 hr wait for a taxi, unacceptable, I could've flown to spain in that time, seriously need to get your finger out and get more drivers, maybe reduce your weight in fee's and maybe more drivers will join your company, I won't be rushing to book a taxi with your company anytime in the future.

Booked online and received a confirmation my taxi was booked for the next day. Waited, no taxi, phoned only to be informed that they didn’t pick up from there (3 miles from the taxi office) . Apparently my fault for not knowing this and relying on a booking confirmation provided online. Not worth bothering with.

First car parked outside the wrong house. We only saw it when it drove off. Correct house no. was given & read back to me. Second car came reasonably quickly.

Arrived quickly but were on main road instead of coming into the car park. We are not local so didn't know. Received an amount of cheek from the operator and driver. The other taxi company asked if we were in the car park or on the road and showed within minutes.
