I have been waiting over 50 minutes on a cab that they said would be 15-20 mins and then when I call them apparently the taxi has been and gone without texting or calling to say and when I call back about the second taxi she has the hard neck to be full of attitude and not even say goodbye and just hang the phone up !!!!! Honestly if you can't handle it when it's busy move and give the job to someone who really wants it!!! There is absolutely no need for rudeness if it was me that behaved that way the taxi would've been cancelled on me!!!!!.

I was told the taxi would be 'as near to the booking time as possible'. I pointed out this was to get to an airport for a flight, and I need to know that the taxi would arrive on time. She repeated the mantra. I had to cancel, pointing out that a taxi that cannot be relied on is not a very sensible way to get to an airport for a daily flight. To be fair, the person I spoke to was polite throughout.

The taxi driver was helpful but still it was difficult to find him. This nearly made me late for my train. I believe they will learn from this experience and will give them another chance. Otherwise good. EDIT: sadly I need to say that the second time I have called this service I was made to wait 40mins on Monday evening.
