Our 550 drivers always ensure you get picked up quickly. But we're much more than a taxi company though. We're providers of complete ground transportation services throughout the West of Scotland and nationwide for over 20 years. The People Carriers can take 5, 6, 7 or 8 passengers. They also have adequate boot space if you're travelling to the Airport or carrying clubs and heading for a round of golf.

Driver was demanding a cash payment even though i informed him that I had no cash, which was where he picked me up from, he could have not taken me but continued driving. I told him that I could only pay with contactless, but he then started demanding that I do a bank transfer from my personal account to his! I refused & after a lot of him repeating over & over that I had to do a bank transfer he pulled at the side of the road & made me get out of the cab! I had pre-booked the cab 2 hours earlier as I needed to catch a flight from the airport. Upset & stressed I slammed his door - we all would

The service is great as you need not wait for longer times to get a cab. Your address gets stored the first time you book a cab through them by calling them. From the second time onwards you have the option to book a cab to pick you up from your last location just by dialing them and without having to connect with a person. Also I had to book a cab very early in the morning around 5.30 AM and I was able to make a booking the previous day and my cab arrived on time the next day without any delays.

Used this company twice last night and both drivers were excellent and bang in time. Nice clean cars and chatty which I like. As a driver for a different company in a different council I know how hard the job can be so for the second driver to allow an additional drop off without quibble was really appreciated. Only reason am not giving 5 stars is because the app is not great and locks you out the Home Screen when checking your account but all good apart from that. Both were APP bookings.

Pre-booked 5 days ago for a specific time to make an event. The taxi was not on time. I called the company and got a rude response. I eventually had to make my own way there. When I mentioned I booked 5 days ago this didn't seem to matter? Whats the point of booking then? Now have no faith in them coming to collect me later as they appear Not to care about pre-booking or their customers.

Excellent service, each and every time. Waiting times are fairly minimal and majority of the drivers are friendly and pleasant to deal with. Only gripe I have had is one driver refusing to take my partner who has copd, the driver was quite rude & slammed his door and sped off infront of my young daughter because my partner w/couldn't wear a mask.

Happy to drive junkies to get their fix and back but find having to transport a cat carrier with two healthy kittens going for their monthly check-ups offensive. Every single trip to the vet has been a major hassle with this company, from half an hour waits for a car to rude and/or no-show drivers. At least they've really motivated me to learn to drive so I don't give them a single penny of my hard-earned cash. Definitely pet-unfriendly service!

I used the business last Sunday night and the driver there was no problem however on my return the wheelchair was given out but my carrier bag with the blanket and seat cover was not and Chris the Manager and of course the driver knows who I am. It means over £30 to try and renew these. I feel it is not fair as I am disabled and registered blind. Have used them for many years and never had a problem which makes me recommend them to people.

I booked a taxi pickup from Edinburgh airport for 2am. I was advised the car would be there to meet my arrival and payment could be made to the driver by card or cash. I called a second time on my departure date and was told the same information. On arrival at Edinburgh I called to confirm clearing of customs to be advised I should have been asked to pay in advance and if I did so now a car would be there in 40 minutes. I did not believe they would send a car in that timeframe so had to scramble around in the middle of the night to make alternative arrangements. I complained through the website

The driver was AMAZING. A friendly and professional man.
But I think that the office doesn't manage/prioritise the bookings efficiently enough.
What's the point of booking the taxi 10 hours in advance if the car shows up 20-25 minutes later than the the actual requested pick up time? Please look into this matter, because being late for work is a unacceptable in some places!
