My name is Michelle Bamford and I am the Headteacher at Worlebury St Paul's Church of England Voluntary Aided Primary School. I am delighted to welcome you to our school website. We are a one form entry primary school (210 place primary school). That means that we have one class per year group ranging from Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception) to Year 6.
The Aided School is a trust, a privilege and an opportunity. These schools with their sites, buildings and often endowments of land, property or funds were given by our forefathers for a purpose. This is "the education of children according to the principles of the Church of England." Every effort is made to strengthen the link between School and Church.
At Worlebury St Paul's our vision is to have a school community where everyone participates, excels and has a love of learning; where we respect ourselves, one another and live life to the full, helping others to do the same. Our school aims to serve its community by providing an education of the highest quality rooted within the context of Christian belief and practice.
As Worlebury School Friends PTA, our aim is simple: to provide the school with as much additional fundraising support as possible by organising fun events the children and parents can support. Many of the additional activities and facilities of the school have been funded by events organised by the PTA and attending/supported by you.
At Worlebury St Paul's Primary School we believe in Learning Without Limits. We aim to provide an authentic, purposeful curriculum that engages and inspires our children through active, challenging, meaningful, public and collaborative learning. As a school, we have develop a set of Core Practices which drive teaching and learning.
